Bree & Jack || Uluru Sunrise Elopement

Our spirituality is a oneness and an interconnectedness with all that lives and breathes, even with all that does not live or breathe.
— Mudrooroo

Oneness and Interconnectedness is something I value extremely in my work. It’s what I look for with each glance, each holding of hands, each hug, each tear. It’s the thing that we yearn for, the thing we want most in life even if we don’t want to admit it.

I never knew oneness until I came here. To this sacred place.

I don’t mean oneness with people but rather with the land, with nature, with the world around me. I felt the dirt between my fingers, the sun on my face, the flies on my nose, and warm wind across my skin. I felt it all and it was beautiful.

Jack & Bree eloped at sunrise before the beautiful Uluru. It was just them, their celebrant, their best friend and me. The five of us and the beautiful landscape before us (oh…and about a thousand flies).

We rode camels, danced in the sand and drank more water than I ever have in a few hours (a 45 degree day will do that to you). It was perfect but I think the pictures speak for themselves.
